1 tablespoon of Azada Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
200 grams of dried plums
100 grams of natural cocktail mix (walnuts, pecans, macadamias and pistachios)
100 grams dark chocolate with sea salt
Place the dried plums, natural cocktail mix and Azada Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil into a food processor and process until smooth.
Place the nutty mixture into a cling film lined rectangular container so it is about 1.5-2 cm thick. Press the mixture with your hands until it forms a thick rectangle. Wrap with the excess cling film and chill in the freezer for at least an hour, until hard.
Once hard, unwrap the bar and cut the bar into bite size squares.
Melt the chocolate, and dip the squares in the chocolate. Lay them onto a tray lined with grease-proof paper and place back in the freezer for the chocolate to set.
Enjoy these bite size treats as a snack throughout the day.
