5 tablespoons Azada Aberquina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
200 grams spaghetti / linguine pasta
½ teaspoon crushed, dried red chillies
3 cloves garlic, minced / pureed / chopped
The zest and ¼ juice of one lemon
A generous handful of flat leaf or curly leaf parsley
Sea salt and pepper for seasoning
Place the pasta into deep saucepan with salted boiling water until al dente, (as per the cooking instructions on the packet) and drain once cooked.
In a large skillet heat Azada’s Aberquina Extra Virgin Olive Oil over a low heat. Add the crushed chillies, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice and parsley. Cook until the garlic is lightly golden and season with sea salt and pepper. Toss in the pasta when cooked and serve immediately.
*For something a little more elaborate why not add a few shavings of Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
